Study Links Light Prenatal Coffee Drinking to Lower Allergy Risks A recent study from South Korea has shed new light on the relationship between maternal coffee consumption and childhood allergy risks.

The research, which tracked over 3,200 mother child pairs, suggests that moderate prenatal coffee drinking may be associated with lower risks of eczema and food allergies in children by age 3.

The findings are consistent with previous studies that have linked low to moderate maternal caffeine intake to reduced asthma risk in young children.
