Extradition by Any Other Name Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has taken Texas Governor Greg Abbott to court over the extradition of ICE agent Christian Castro, who faces charges of wounding a man and lying to cover it up.
The case raises questions about the rule of law and whether certain individuals will be held accountable for their actions.
Castro was arrested in May on charges stemming from a January shooting during "Operation Metro Surge," a high profile crackdown on undocumented immigrants in Minneapolis.
