ICE Officer Shoots And Injures Food Delivery Driver In Austin On April 16, Francisco "Paco" Lopez, a 35 year old food delivery driver for UberEats, was making his rounds through downtown Austin when he became embroiled in a disturbing incident involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.
According to eyewitnesses, Lopez was pulled over by ICE officers on his motorcycle while attempting to make a delivery at a popular Mexican restaurant.
The Austin Police Department received a 911 call around 2:45 PM regarding the incident. Upon arrival, they found Lopez suffering from non life threatening gunshot wounds.
